Anupama Kapoor is a Women Coach & Gender Diversity professional, with over 20 years of experience in diverse functions across the Services, Banking & ITeS industries, in Hong Kong, the United States and India. She is a GE Trained, Tested and Certified Six Sigma Quality Black Belt and has worked with large multifunctional teams across diverse geographies and cultures.

In her long association with the corporate world, Anupama has held multiple Operational and Quality roles with large organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank and General Electric. She considers herself to be the original Rebooter. In 2004, when her son was 1.5 years old, she took a break from the corporate world and started working from home. She set up BEANStalk, a Talent Management Consultancy working with large organizations like American Express, IBM, Accenture, GE, Airtel, amongst others. Launching Reboot in 2013, was the logical conclusion.

Anupama is a History graduate from Delhi University. She has done her Masters in Human Resources from Symbiosis, Pune and Women Development Studies at SNDT University, Mumbai. She is the Founder & Convener of the Reboot Community and is also a Mentor with Cherie Blair Foundation of Women, UK and a Consultant with SPJIMR,Mumbai.
